Kristoffer Birkeland is experienced in the fields of Private Equity, Venture Capital and industrial M&A.
He assists both financial and industrial clients in all stages of the transaction, from the initial introduction phase until signing and closing.
In addition to being a dedicated member of SVW’s Private Equity Group, Kristoffer has extensive experience in the Venture Capital field where he assists both start-/scale-ups and investors on a regular basis. Kristoffer also acts as mentor and speaker for leading accelerators and start-up clusters in Norway.
