Anette is associated with the company’s corporate financing department and works primarily with debt financing, ship financing and ship transactions, as well as with M&A transactions, in addition to bankruptcy proceedings. She is affiliated with the Oslo office, and has previously worked at Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s Bergen office.

She was educated at the University of Agder and the University of Bergen, and wrote her master’s thesis on contractual mechanisms allowing contract revision following unforeseen circumstances.
