Mona Søyland is one of the most experienced mineral lawyers in Norway.
Mona assists with regulatory issues related to all phases of a mineral project, as well as transactions within this industry, for both early-stage companies (juniors) and mature companies. Mona has been a member of the Mineral Law Committee that preceded the current Mineral Act and is responsible for authoring this in the Norwegian Law Commentary.
She also works with clients in the agriculture and grocery industries, with a particular focus on competition on equal terms.
Mona held the position of Managing Partner at Simonsen Vogt Wiig from 2013 to 2024.
