Tone Tafjord Seth is part of the OCEAN team in Oslo. She started as a trainee, and has over the course of more than 12 years at Simonsen Vogt Wiig gained substantial experience in shipping and financing transactions, and is known for being a highly efficient and pragmatic lawyer. Tone assists clients in relation to a broad range of transactions and financings, including project financing, sale and leaseback, syndicated and bilateral loans, sale/purchase and chartering of vessels. Tone is ranked as a notable practitioner in IFRL1000.

Øyvind Akerholt is part of the technology and media department in Oslo. He specialises in contract law, intellectual property law, and IT security, with a particular focus on IT, media, and technology contracts. Øyvind advises clients on both the customer and supplier side and is recognised for his strong professional expertise, precision, and excellent communication skills. He began his career at SVW in 2015 and has since built a strong reputation within his field. Øyvind is ranked as «Up and Coming» in Chambers and named as a «key contact for IT contracts » in Legal500, where clients highlight his ability to understand their business and tailor his advice to their needs. In 2025, he was also named the up-and-coming talent of the year in Technology and Digitalisation in Finansavisen’s lawyer survey.
