Anne Buan is affiliated with our EU/EEA and Competition department in Oslo and works primarily with public procurement and IT contracts. She has extensive experience with strategic counseling, negotiations, and complex procurement processes on the customer side, and advises both private suppliers and the authorities in matters of procurement law. Anne is a co-author on several textbooks in public procurement and is often engaged as a lecturer on the topic.
Trine Vabog is affiliated with the department for Technology and Media in Oslo. She has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and administrating large and complex IT contracts. Trine has many years of experience from the IT industry and excels as a very strong professional. She is a certified project manager and is a contributor to the development of several of the contract standards in the IT industry. Among Trine’s clients are well-known actors from both public and private industry and commerce.
