Andreas Falch Haugland is associated with the dispute resolution team in Oslo and is specialised within construction law and dispute resolution. He assists both clients and contractors in negotiations of construction contracts and has extensive experience as an advisor during constructions projects and as a litigator at final settlement disputes. Andreas is also experienced within law of sales, real estate law and law of torts.
Stig Strand is working at Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s Kristiansand office. He has broad experience from the banking and finance sector and holds in-depth knowledge of contract law and general business law. Stig focuses in particularly on financing and acquisition processes within sectors such as renewable energy, seafood, real estate, shipping and offshore and assists clients in connection with transaction process in Norway and internationally.
