Nikolai Brøvig is specialized in petroleum and natural resources law, including HSE and environmental issues. He also has extensive experience from data protection compliance and work related to other compliance framework. Nikolai has long experience with advising national and international authorities and companies with regulatory and contractual issues. He previously worked at the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, and holds a master degree in Commerce/business studies as well as Master of Laws. Nikolai has worked at Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2011, and from our Stavanger office since 2013.
Kjell Erik Grøsfjeld is specialized within real estate with a special focus on real estate development. In addition, he assists in employment law, IT-law, general administrative law, investigations and dispute resolution. Kjell Erik was associated with Simonsen Vogt Wiig over a period of 11 years previously, and has been leading his own real estate firm over the last 4 years. Kjell Erik holds an MBA from Cambridge University and a Certificate of Mediation. He has also a wide experience from the public sector through over 20 years of political work, and from emergency preparedness and crisis management as a military legal advisor for 15 years.
