New partners with Simonsen Vogt Wiig

We are pleased to present Thomas Talén, Malin Tønseth and Thomas Olsen as new partners at Simonsen Vogt Wiig, Oslo office.

Thomas Talén joins Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s employment law team from Deloitte. Thomas has extensive expertise within structuring and implementation of various compliance programs, forensic investigations, and handling of whistleblower cases. He also advises national and international clients on acquisitions, restructuring/downsizing as well as individual personnel matters.

Malin Tønseth has extensive competence within compliance, and a unique experience of cyber security and crisis management. Malin is amongst Norway’s leading experts in data protection and information security. As head of Compliance & Risk she will also strengthen the firm’s effort within ESG and sustainability. Malin previously worked with Hydro heading the organization’s global-wide privacy compliance strategy and network.

Thomas Olsen has wide experience with advising in data protection issues for both national and international clients. He holds a PhD in data protection law and is amongst Norway’s leading experts in GDPR, digitalization and marketing law. Thomas has worked with Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2011 and heads the firm’s top ranked data privacy team.
