Simonsen Vogt Wiig increases its efforts within international arbitration

We are delighted to announce that Knud Jacob Knudsen has joined Simonsen Vogt Wiig's dispute resolution team, bringing additional depth to our practice in Oslo.

Knud Jacob Knudsen has more than 20  years of experience with dispute resolution, particularly with commercial arbitration in both national and international matters, including cases under ICC rules and SCC rules.  Knud’s range of experience covers sectors such as onshore and offshore construction projects, infrastructure and renewables. Knud also sits as an arbitrator.

He has further argued a significant number of cases before the courts and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.

Knud will head SVW’s international arbitration practice.  “We are proud to have a very strong litigation team across all offices in Simonsen Vogt Wiig, and the recruitment of Knud brings in further expertise within international arbitration.
