Yannis Litinas joined our Oslo office as an Associate Partner in September 2017, within the firm’s Shipping and Energy department. Yannis is qualified as an English solicitor and has worked with international commercial law, shipping and energy in London and Athens, before moving to Oslo in 2009.
His experience covers transactional shipping law, with focus on project-finance and securitisation, shipbuilding, chartering, LNG projects, and offshore contracting. He counsels the clients within a wide range of processes, from negotiations and strategic structuring and securitisation of projects, commercial and contractual advice, to out-of-court dispute resolution and arbitration.
Yannis advises the top tier headquartered financing/investment houses, international funds, and some of the globally largest ship-owners, and contractors.
