Bjørn Åge Hamre has broad commercial law background with special experience in contract law, restructuring and insolvency.

Bjørn Åge assists companies in restructuring processes and negotiations, including transactions to secure businesses and reduce credit losses. He also assists Norwegian and foreign companies, including banks and other creditors, in strategic decisions to secure creditor interests.

Bjørn Åge is appointed by the District Court as an administrator of bankruptcy estates and for the past ten years he has been appointed as administrator in some of the largest bankruptcies in Western Norway. He also has extensive experience in consulting on contract issues and regularly assists in negotiations and contract design.

Bjørn Åge is affiliated with the company’s industry group for Real Estate and Banking and Finance.
