She has a particular focus on Norwegian and international taxation, company law and general transaction support, and acts as an advisor in connection with M&A transactions, company structuring and reorganizations, as well as establishment of management incentive programs.

Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Oslo and courses in EU law and European tax law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
