Guro belongs to the company’s department for EU and public affairs. She mainly works with procurement and contracts within IT and digital solutions, construction, defense and security, consumables, energy and professional services, which gives Guro an in-depth understanding of the needs of public and private clients in many different industries.

Guro has previous first-hand experience of carrying out procurements as an advisor in the Norwegian Defense Logistics Organisation, and started working as an associate within public procurement and construction law in 2017. She has considerable experience with and knowledge of the Security Act and classified procurements.

Guro also works with general contract law and assists clients with complaint processes and dispute resolution.

Guro regularly delivers lectures and writes articles on topics within public procurement and contract law.
