Lill has extensive experience in reorganisation and redundancy and individual termination cases, from individual terminations to overseeing entire processes. Her expertise covers all stages of termination, including situations related to employee health. Additionally, she provides guidance on work time compliance, encompassing flexible contracts, leading roles, and dealings with the Working Inspection Authority.
