Olav Johansen is specialised in real estate and construction law, and litigation and arbitration.
Olav has recently particularly been involved in litigation assignments relating to major real estate and construction projects, ongoing advisory services to contractors and construction clients in connection with the signature and performance of building and construction contracts and assistance in connection with final settlements.
Olav has been a member of a law committee set up by the Government of the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Management, which has evaluated the natural damage insurance scheme. The committee delivered its recommendation on February 6, 2019 – NOU 2019:4.
