Ole Gudmund Meland has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, negotiable instruments and energy law.
Ole Gudmund specialises in insolvency law and has broad experience from working with bankruptcy and restructuring, debt negotiations, liens and mortgages, handling of fraudulent transfers and director liability as well as securing monetary claims and debt recovery. He also handles various complex financial, corporate and labour law issues. He counsels companies and assist clients with credit and debt protection.
Previously, Ole Gudmund has worked as in-house legal counsel in a renewable energy company and has experience from assisting in several large renewable energy development projects. He assists both private and public sector clients with advice on energy law, including regulatory matters and licenses.
Ole Gudmund has also worked as a provisional district court judge in Trøndelag and as a deputy judge in Trøndelag and Aust-Agder.
