Ole Gudmund Meland has broad experience from business law, especially property law, natural resources, data protection and technology law.
Ole Gudmund has broad experience from working with issues regarding property law, environmental- and natural resources law and regulatory matters. He has experience from work as in-house legal counsel in an renewable energy company, and has experience from working on several major renewable energy development projects, as well as work with general energy law and eviromental law. Ole Gudmund also assists clients with matters relating to data protection (GDPR) and technology law. He also has broad experience from restructuring and bankruptcy law, including mortgage and money claims law. He assists both private and public sector clients.
Ole Gudmund has also practice as a provisional district court judge and as a deputy judge.
