Piano Software B. V. has offered to acquire all shares of Cxense
Piano Software B. V. has offered to acquire all of the shares of the Norwegian technology company Cxense. Cxense is listed at Oslo Stock Exchange. Simonsen Vogt Wiig is acting as legal advisor to Piano in connection with the voluntary offer.
The Simonsen Vogt Wiig team has been headed by Amund Fougner Bugge, and consisted of Morten Wilhelm Winther, Helene Hermansen, Christian Ditlev-Simonsen, Maja Helene Christiansen Steien, Christian Svensen, Silje Hangaard, Nicholas Foss Barbantonis, Marie Heggland, Andrea Syversen, Jan Magne Langseth and Erik Martinius Klevmo.
