Arild has worked with business law since 1993, and most of the work is related to contracts, company law, including transactions with significant elements of real estate transactions (real estate and real estate companies), real estate development projects and general real estate law, public procurement and construction contract law. He holds a real estate broker license and is the professionally responsible manager in Trondheim.

Arild processes litigations and gives regular lectures in the aforementioned special areas.

Arild co-founded the law firm in Trondheim in 2000. He served as general manager from 2005 to 2017 and is currently chairman of the board.
