Tor Stokke assists public and private entities in the IT- and e-communication and media market, and other heavily regulated sectors, in matters such as negotiations, contractual disputes and regulatory affairs within the technology sector.
Tor regularly works with e-communication infrastructure actors, datacentre providers, as well as providers of IT hardware, software and services. He has a vast experience in participating in large and complex technology acquisitions such as the Norwegian government’s procurement of the national the national public warning system, the emergency network, and new police and rescue helicopters. He assists the health actors in Mid Norway in their acquisition and challenging implementation of a new common IT-system («Helseplattformen»).
Tor is responsible for the commentaries to the electronic communication act and the broadband infrastructure act published on Gyldendal rettsdata.
